Victor brought home two new titles after shows in Vilnius.
He was judged by Mrs Dovile Do, Mr Harto Stockmari and Mr Carsten Birk.
Week before he attended INT Lublin, won JBOB and BOS under Mr Yvo Beccarelli, later in the finals he was shortlisted in JBIS and BIS BOS by Mrs Tuire Okkola and Mr Aleksandar Petrovic
